After finishing work and feeling hungry, I happened to pass by the intersection of Lintong Road and Weishui Road. I saw a meatball soup here. It's rare, so I'll give it a try. The roadside stall has no storefront. This is a family business. There are dumplings, meatball soup and so on. The meatball soup I ordered came with a pancake. You can take it outside or in the car (quite interesting). The meatball soup contains Chinese cabbage, winter melon, vermicelli, shredded green radish, and ten meatballs. The meatballs are so tender that they can be eaten even without teeth. The soup is a bit too strong in taste. I have already reported it to the boss (haha, as long as I don't get scolded). It's hard to please everyone. The dumplings come in four fillings: Chinese cabbage, leek, celery and fennel. There are quite a lot of people at noon, and they come in a continuous stream. The dumplings are from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. They taste good and are of good quality and low price. I'll try them next time. They are a benefit for the working class.
Good quality and low price
